2010

Cadastre & Mortgage

On March 8, 2010, the Foundation Cadastre & Mortgage being Bonaire was Founded at Country Level, with the aim at the transition date the dismantling of the Netherlands Antilles, to decentralized are to the island territory of Bonaire. The Foundation aims to be the tasks of the Service Kadaster & to take over mortgage Being and in an efficient and effective manner optimized to provide services to the community Bonairean. When founding the Foundation Cadastre & Mortgage being Bonaire used the statutes, which are used in the creation of Foundation Kadaster & Mortgage Orphans St. Maarten. The Foundation has a Board of Trustees and Board of Directors. In accordance with the statutes, the Foundation was to receive a starting capital of ± 3.7 million Antillean Guilders. In view of the fact that the Government of the Netherlands Antilles had not budgeted the seed money, it must seed money be made available for the distribution of division of property between the islands of the Netherlands Antilles by the liquidation committee. On October 10, 2010, the political structure of the islands discussed where Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba are intrigued in Netherlands as a Public Entity, Curaçao and St. Maarten acquired its own status within the Kingdom. 2008

Council of Ministers

At a meeting of the Council of Ministers in 2008, the Council of Ministers decided the Minister of Economics and Labour & Social Affairs to be designated as a trigger for the decentralization of the Cadastre Bonaire. The Minister had the task to the aid of Head of Service Cadastral and mortgage Being Bonaire and by the Minister yet to appoint experts, to continue for the decentralization process set and the Minister of Finance, the Council of Ministers and the advise Executive Council of the island territory of Bonaire to Final decentralization Kadaster Bonaire.

2000

Decentralization

Beginning in 2000, the central government (N.A.) started decentralization of the Land Registry Bonaire to the island territory of Bonaire. At present the decentralization between the governments Executive Council of the island territory 11 conditions set for the acquisition of the Land Registry Bonaire.
